With the concrete finished downstairs, the carpenters were finally able to build the walls. As soon as they were up, the electricians and plumber began filling them with their wires and pipes and PEX tubing. This week we hope to have the remaining windows installed and the roof finished, in addition to continued work by the trades.

Since the last post: rough interior plumbing is underway, the concrete floor has been polished, the interior walls have been framed upstairs, the house’s roof has been started, and installation of the energy recovery ventilator (ERV) is in progress.
